Jenny is an experienced executive who has worked alongside leading civil society organizations, global businesses, and public policymakers to advance social impact. She is the Founder and Principal of Chatham Lab – a social impact consultancy working to support businesses, non-profits, and philanthropists as they navigate a rapidly changing world.

Jenny has worked with more than 70 global brands on strategies, initiatives, and multi-year partnerships to drive social, economic, and cultural change in the US and around the world. She has deeply rooted expertise on issues related to gender equity and equality, human rights and labor, economic development, international trade, leadership development, and strategic philanthropy.

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement for Vital Voices, Jenny served on the executive leadership and management team to advance strategic decision-making and growth. She led a team responsible for all aspects of partnership development, philanthropic investment strategies, stakeholder events, brand development, and communications.

During her tenure, she built multi-year strategic initiatives to expand the organization's reach and impact; advancing human rights, economic empowerment opportunities, political and civic engagement, and leadership development of women around the world.

Most recently, Jenny served as a Senior Vice President to Fontheim International, LLC, a global consultancy specializing in stakeholder-centered ESG strategies for global businesses; and as Executive Director of GlobalWorks Foundation, a public charity working to advance inclusive and sustainable development.
