Suzy Glucksman

Senior Advisor

Suzy Glucksman is an accomplished government affairs and public affairs strategist with more than two decades of experience advising organizations and senior leaders across sectors. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Fontheim International, LLC where she was the Political Director and managed the firm’s ESG practice. She now serves as a Senior Advisor to the firm.

Her expertise is grounded in extensive Capitol Hill experience and a deep understanding of the federal policymaking process. Ms. Glucksman began her career in Congress, serving in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives, including roles with Senator John F. Kerry (D-MA), Congressman Joseph P. Kennedy II (D-MA), and Congressman Wayne Owens (D-UT). She later held senior policy and advisory roles, representing organizations before Congress, the White House, and federal agencies, and helping them shape advocacy strategies, secure funding, and respond to evolving legislative and regulatory developments.

Ms. Glucksman subsequently founded a successful policy advocacy firm.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Glucksman has advised organizations on a wide range of political, federal policy, funding, and regulatory issues. She brings a sophisticated understanding of how decisions are shaped across Congress, the Executive Branch, and federal agencies, and helps leaders anticipate political dynamics, engage key stakeholders, and position their organizations for long-term success.

Ms. Glucksman has worked with companies and institutions to integrate sustainability, business and human rights, and responsible governance into their policy and stakeholder engagement strategies, aligning organizational priorities with broader societal expectations and long-term, responsible growth. Her work includes helping organizations strengthen accountability frameworks and communicate their social impact to policymakers and stakeholders. She also advises leadership teams on how responsible business practices can reinforce policy objectives and enhance credibility in complex regulatory and political environments.
