Karoline Raeder
Manager
Karoline is a Manager at Fontheim International, LLC, where she manages client services regarding global development, international trade, and corporate social responsibility matters. She also contributes to policy and programming for the GlobalWorks Foundation.
Prior to joining Fontheim International, LLC, Ms. Raeder worked as a Development and Outreach consultant at Human Rights Watch in Berlin, Germany, where she supported member committees in Germany.
Ms. Raeder has also worked at the Cambodian Center for Human Rights in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In her role, she provided strategic advice and data research, while also devising policy recommendations specifically for implementing best practices in development-based evictions.
Ms. Raeder holds a B.A. in Political Science and Human Rights Studies from Barnard College of Columbia University. She received her M.A. in International Relations, with a concentration in International Economics, from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
